Since Alex's first bite of Orange Chicken at a Panda Express back home (Seattle) when he was 5 years old, this has been his absolute favorite dish when we eat out. It's not for me, but I love when he loves something!
This is orange chicken I made myself at home. I've tried a few recipes in the past but none were up to Alex's high standards. This one hit the mark, though. Eureka! I have struck gold, finally. He likes it. He really likes it!
